The collab was teased on Steam on March 16, 2026 and announced on May 11, 2026. Saya is voiced by Midori Kawamura. Her PV, "Song of Perennial Wandering" (May 22, 2026), uses the song "Song of Memento" with vocals by Emi Evans, and the official intro art carries a ©2003 NITRO ORIGIN credit.

Kit summary from the V2.5.1 intro
Talent, Eden of Propagation. With Saya in the team, the Caro Realm mutates into Propagation: Caro:
- Embryo Fusion per turn becomes 50 to 100 (higher when HP is lower), the cap rises from 100 to 200, and hitting the cap creates a Propagule Embryo.
- The first time each Awakener consumes a Propagule Embryo each turn, they gain 40 stacks of Propagation Frenzy. Each stack adds 1% to the effects of that Awakener's next Exalt this turn.
- Crimson Furnace charges from HP lost (10% of HP lost per turn, up to 50% of Max HP) and has a 3-turn cooldown. Using it inflicts Corrosion on all enemies.
- The team gets Max HP +10%, DMG Amplification +50%, and 20 Propagation Frenzy stacks each turn. If the team is only Caro or Chaos Awakeners, the DMG Amplification and the converted Realm Mastery effect are doubled.
Her Soulforge Aptitude lets Song of Saya grant 10 to 40 Frenzy stacks and makes the next Posse take effect twice.

Enlighten 1 to 3 add Shield and Corrosion scaling, extra Embryo Fusion on basic Strike and Defense, and extra draws from Gynoecium. Her Over-Exaltation, "Paradise Just For You," makes all copied Skill cards take effect one more time. Signature Wheel of Destiny: Fragrant Morphogenesis
Fragrant Morphogenesis came from the WoD Event Awakening "Alien Crypsela" (May 30 to August 24, 2026). Per the intro, it gives Sigil Yield 10.80% (21.60% at 12 additional ascensions) and Arithmetica Limit +1. For every 10 Base Aliemus the wielder has, it adds Corrosion stacks and Embryo Fusion. Saya's intro lists 200 Base Aliemus, so the scaling has room to stack on her.
V2.6.0 notes clarify that Fragrant Morphogenesis, Sakura Reveries and Fairy Tale in the Mud are Team Unique. The collab period also offered the limited SSR Sakura Reveries (Blossom Court event), the limited SR Muddied Fairy Tale (Inverted Rebirth event) and the anniversary SSR To the Stars (daily login, up to 16 copies). The free event did not require the 3,980 Silver Prime Premium Archives, which only added extra items. Additional copies came from the Sprout of Liebestod banner. As of the V2.6.2 notes, no Saya rerun has been announced; check current banners.

Team ideas (editorial, as of V2.6.2, October 2026)
These are reasoned from kit text, not from tested clears:
- Stay Caro or Chaos only. Her talent doubles the +50% DMG Amplification and the converted Realm Mastery effect for those teams.
- Pick an Exalt target with strong Command Cards. Song of Saya copies one ally's Command Cards, so pair her with a damage dealer. Official notes list Helot: Catena, Sorel and Doresain as Caro Assault Awakeners.
- Feed Gynoecium. Genetic Copy and the Posse "For the New World" (Saya gains 1 Gynoecium) make copied Skills free.
- Plan for HP loss. Viscera Blossoms costs HP, and several effects scale with HP lost, so a Warden such as Salvador (Caro) is a sensible slot.

Balance changes and fixes since release
No numeric buff or nerf to Saya's main-mode kit appears in the V2.5.2 to V2.6.2 notes. Changes so far:
- V2.5.2: fixed the Fragrant Morphogenesis Embryo Fusion display with the Bloodlust Orison. In the separate Traphase mode, the state from Saya's "Overwrite" became visible and dispellable.
- V2.6.0: fixed Viscera Blossoms not drawing extra cards with Enlighten 3 after Gynoecium was consumed.
- V2.6.1: cards copied by Saya's Exalt no longer clutter combat statistics.
A developer log on October 17, 2026 plans Caro changes that are not live yet and may change: Realm Charge replacing Crimson Furnace's cooldown, Propagule Embryos carrying over between battles, the Frenzy stacks (called Propagation Fiesta in the log) renamed Crimson Frenzy, and +250 Realm Mastery for pure-realm teams.
