Yes, you can play Morimens on a computer. The Morimens PC version is free on Steam (app 3052450) and needs 64-bit Windows 10 or later. The publisher's official site also offers a standalone PC client. Since V1.6.5 (November 2024), you can use a Steam account to log in to the same Qookka server as the official Android and PC versions, which lets one account move between PC and mobile. Valve rates the game Unsupported on Steam Deck.

This page draws on the Steam store listing and Steam Deck compatibility data (both checked October 20, 2026), official Steam announcements up to V2.6.2, the publisher's site, and the App Store and Google Play listings. We haven't tested every login route ourselves. Where official sources don't cover a detail, we say so.

01

Where to download Morimens on PC

OptionWhat the official sources show
SteamFree to play with in-app purchases, Windows only. Out on Steam since August 1, 2024. Developer and publisher: B.I.A.V. Studio
Official PC clientThe publisher's site, morimens.qookkagames.com, has a PC download package next to its store links. Google Play links to this site as the developer website
Google Play on WindowsThe Google Play listing shows Windows next to Android, with a note that it's powered by Intel technology (Google Play Games on PC)

The V1.6.5 notice describes "official Android and PC versions" downloaded from the official website, separate from the Google Play and iOS store apps. With V2.5.0, the old client stopped working and players installed the new package from the official website or an app store. We haven't confirmed whether the Google Play Windows build supports Steam login.

Which one should you pick? This is editorial judgement as of V2.6.2 (October 2026). Steam is the simpler choice, with automatic updates and Steam achievements (the store lists 33). The official client is the alternative if you'd rather not use Steam. Since V1.6.5, both can reach the same account.

Morimens PC requirements

Steam's listing as of October 20, 2026. Part of the OS line on Steam is in Chinese, so we translated it.

Both tiers require a 64-bit processor and operating system and a broadband internet connection. VR isn't supported.

Download size

  • Steam: 16 GB of free space. V2.5.0 (April 2026) raised the resolution of PC image and audio assets and noted that this increases the game's file size. Our advice: keep some space free beyond 16 GB.
  • App Store: the listing shows 777,114,624 bytes (about 0.78 GB) and requires iOS 12.0 or later. Since V2.4.0, new players download the remaining resources while they play the prologue.
  • Google Play: the web listing doesn't show a size, so we can't confirm the Android size.

03

Steam Deck, Mac and Linux

  • Steam Deck: Valve's compatibility rating is Unsupported, and Valve's test note says SteamOS doesn't support the game. The Steam news posts we read have no developer statement about Steam Deck.
  • Mac: Steam lists Windows only, and its Mac requirement fields are empty. Morimens is on the iOS App Store, but we couldn't confirm whether it's offered on Apple silicon Macs.
  • Linux: not listed on Steam.

04

Cross-progression between Steam and mobile

The key notice is V1.6.5 (maintenance on November 4, 2024). After it, Steam accounts could log in to the Qookka server on all platforms, and existing Qookka accounts could log in on Steam. At first this covered the official Android and PC versions. The Google Play and iOS store apps were still in review, expected to follow within 10 working days, with a separate announcement promised.

We didn't find that follow-up post in Steam news. However, V2.5.0's "Comms Shifting" event rewarded logging in on a mobile device and on PC, which implies one account can be used on both.

Two more official notes are worth knowing:

  • Steam account data issue (October 23, 2024): after the V1.6.4.2 update, logging in with Steam could create a new account by mistake. The developer fixed it the same day, restored the original accounts and gave 1,000 Silver as compensation. Our advice: if a Steam login ever shows an empty new account, don't start over. Contact support instead (the Steam store lists MorimensSteam@gmail.com).
  • Phone or email binding (V2.5.2): you can bind a phone number or email in User Center, Complete Profile, and then log in with it. This makes switching devices easier.

Official notes don't explain how to unlink or switch the Steam account tied to a profile, so ask support before trying.

Background playOptions to mute or keep playing audio when the window isn't active (V2.0.0)Not listed

Steam doesn't list controller support for Morimens. One set of official patch notes covers all platforms, naming PC, Android or iOS only where a change is platform-specific.

06

Mobile versions and languages

  • iOS: the App Store listing is published by Qookka Entertainment Limited. It's free and rated 17+. Apple's data gives the release date as November 28, 2023 on the Singapore storefront and December 18, 2024 on the US storefront.
  • Android: the Google Play listing is offered by QOOKKA GAMES, rated Teen, with in-app purchases.
  • Languages: Steam lists 17: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish (Spain), Russian, Indonesian, Japanese, Thai, Portuguese (Portugal), Vietnamese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish (Latin America), Italian and Turkish. An October 27, 2024 post added ten of these as GPT beta translations. Later notes, such as V2.6.2, report human translation work for English and Korean.
