Is rerolling worth it?

Editorial view as of V2.6.2: rerolling the free Argent Dawnlight result is always worth a few minutes, because each Reawaken costs nothing. Restarting whole accounts is harder to justify, for three reasons drawn from official notes:

• The beginner banner's guaranteed Awakener is a permanent one, and permanent Awakeners can also drop later from Realms Research.
• Limited Awakeners can be targeted on their own banners. Vivian's runs until November 16, 2026, and you can try her first in a trial event.
• Since V2.5.1, limited Awakeners start with their "Gnostic Potential" talent at full, while permanent ones need 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 Pure Core (300 in total) to max CON, Attack and Defence. That makes a limited pull valuable, but it is a reason to aim your pulls well, not to reroll accounts for days.

How the Argent Dawnlight free reroll works

What the V2.2.2 notes state:

1. Argent Dawnlight is a first-time Awakening for new Keepers with one free 5x Awakening.
2. Every 5x is guaranteed to include one random Awakener from the 20 permanent Awakeners in Realms Research. Formerly limited Awakeners that later joined Realms Research are excluded.
3. If you are unhappy with the result, you can Reawaken for free. The notes give no limit.
4. The regular Realms Research banner appears after you complete Argent Dawnlight.

In practice: open Awaken once it unlocks, pick Argent Dawnlight, run the 5x, and Reawaken until the permanent Awakener you want shows up, then accept that result to complete the banner. The notes don't name the buttons. The "20 permanent Awakeners" figure dates from May 2025, so check the pool list on the banner page in game. V2.3.0 recolored the banner cyan, and bug fixes in V2.4.0 and V2.5.0 show it was still live in 2026.

Account rerolling: what is and isn't confirmed

Confirmed in official notes:

• Since V1.6.5 (November 2024), a Steam account can log in to the Qookka server on all platforms, and existing Qookka accounts can log in on Steam.
• Since V2.5.2 (June 2026), binding a phone number or email under User Center, Complete Profile lets you log in with it.

Not confirmed: a guest login option, whether clearing app data starts a new account, and how long a full account reroll takes. We found no official post describing an account reset, so we don't give step-by-step instructions. If you reroll accounts anyway, bind the one you keep to an email right away.

Which banner to pull first

Editorial order for a new account as of V2.6.2:

1. Argent Dawnlight: free. Reroll until you are happy.
2. Vivian's Character Event Awakening "Indolent Sorceress": the newest limited Awakener, until November 16.
3. "Triune Verdant" rerun: Castor or Xu until November 2, then Pickman from November 2 to 30.
4. Realms Research: permanent, so it can wait.

Skip the Wheel of Destiny banners until you own the Awakener they support. V2.6.2 added a Training Overview to the Growth Guide that shows each Awakener's recommended Wheels, Covenants and lineups, so check it before spending. Pull items work like this: official posts call Luminous Core the "Limited Pull Item," and 100 Pure Core was billed as 100 pulls in V2.2.2. Our banners page covers types, pity and dates.

Who to reroll for (as of V2.6.2)

Editorial judgement, dated October 20, 2026. Official notes don't publish power rankings, so we rank by how hard each Awakener will be to get later. Faded Legacy limited Awakeners were all added to Realms Research in V2.4.0; Astral Reign ones were not.

Why Vivian first: she is the newest limited Awakener, no rerun of her is announced, she has a free trial ("The Toad Witch"), and V2.6.2 also added the Posse "Evil from the Dark Night," which lowers her Potion Cauldron countdown by 1. See the Vivian guide before you commit.

For the Argent Dawnlight pick, the pool isn't listed in full in official notes. Editorial tip: take a permanent Awakener from the same realm as the limited unit you plan to pull, such as a Chaos Awakener if you want Vivian. From the V2.6.2 notes, open as of October 20, 2026 (unlock requirements are shown in game):

• Vivian gameplay event "And Then There Were None": up to 900 Silver, 6 Luminous Core and 6 Pure Core, plus materials.
• "Gifts from Mythag" Season 39: 10 Luminous Core for 7 logins, October 19 to November 16.
• Triune Verdant Team Trial: 120 Silver and 3 Luminous Core per rerun trio.
• Premium Archives "Insight Mind": 30 Pure Core from free tasks.
